Schweigen Takes New Mulgrave Lease

One of Australia’s leading kitchen appliance manufacturers, Schweigen, has agreed terms on a new office and warehouse lease at Mulgrave in Melbourne’s south-east, in a deal brokered by Associate Director Daniel Kelly of Savills Industrial & Business Services.

Located within a high calibre industrial unit development, the Unit 8, 3-4 Anzed Court property comprises a 600 square metre office/warehouse over two levels with approximately half office and half warehouse components, and on-site parking. The tenant has taken a five year lease at $100,000 per annum net.

Mr Kelly said Schweigen had a requirement for a brighter, larger and more modern facility within a quality development in a location which provided quick access to key arterials.

“Anzed Court is part of a very well located industrial precinct with quick and easy access to Wellington and Springvale roads and the Monash Freeway.

“The development provides modern, well designed and efficient industrial space which was ideal for Schweigen’s purposes, with other significant high profile tenants already in the estate, such as Foss, Mimaki, Amada and Ausmedi,” Mr Kelly said.

The lessor is Melbourne developer Jitika Investments Pty Ltd.
